GAF Scales: DSM-5 has dropped the axial system, which includes Axis V (the Global Assessment of Functioning). However, they are offered here, as clinicians and researchers may still wish to use them.

After many months of planning and work with my web designer, the PsychSTAR website is finally up and running! The idea for a resource website came from the many enthusiastic workshop participants who expressed an interest in accessing some of the materials that I have developed for my workshops, classes, and clinical practice.
