DSM-5 uses adapted International Classification of Disease (ICD) codes, known as ICD-9-CM codes. These documents will help you understand the DSM codes and prepare you for the switch to ICD-10-CM codes on October 1st, 2014!
These documents will link you to the official DSM-5 website resources, as well as books from the DSM-5 library.
DSM-5 was printed with a number of errors that are highlighted in a series of documents.
Note: The reprint version of DSM you own may already have had some corrections made.
After many months of planning and work with my web designer, the PsychSTAR website is finally up and running! The idea for a resource website came from the many enthusiastic workshop participants who expressed an interest in accessing some of the materials that I have developed for my workshops, classes, and clinical practice. If you can't find resources that you think would be useful in your clinical work, feel free to contact me!
